Order Cancellation
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day.
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a support request for the specific order before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, simply raise a support request for the order you want to return within 48 hours of delivery.
After receiving your request, our team will reach out to understand the issue. If required, we will ask for supporting evidence (such as an unboxing video) to verify the concern before proceeding with the return.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For all return requests, a valid unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
- The parcel in its original condition as received
- Opening of the sealed package
- The entire product clearly
- The issue or defect visible at the time of unboxing
Please note:
Issues not captured in the unboxing video will not be eligible for a return pickup.
Item Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
Any item that shows signs of use, washing, or missing tags/packaging will not qualify for a return or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed into the bank account you provide in your return support request.
This can be any account of your choice, not necessarily the account used during payment.
For accuracy and safety, our team will verify and confirm your bank details over email before initiating the refund. Refunds will be processed only after this confirmation.
Return Handling Charges
A ₹80 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount for every approved return.
This fee covers return pickup, handling, and processing.
